Is my order refundable?

All purchases are final, but let us know if there are any issues with your purchase!

If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge. Photos of the broken products will be required. For all replacement inquiries please email info@downtheavegame.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your name, address, order number, and photos of the damage.

Can I play Down the Ave even though I don’t attend a Seattle college?

Yes, we’ve opened up the cards to work for non-students too! Many of the cards are based around Seattle or college in general, and we’ve included a term sheet with more info on specific terms, in case you need guidance.

Do you have expansion packs?

We’re working on it! Try combining your Down the Ave cards with Keep it PNW to make things interesting ;)

How can I get my hands on a deck?

Order online with us or stop by one of our pop-ups to pick up in person! You can also grab a game from our awesome wholesalers under Find Us In Stores. Pop-up locations and dates will be announced on our Instagram and in our Pop-Up tab.
